I've been trading apex via quantower all morning with no issues. Well, only one trade earlier, already closed. Have a couple of limit orders sitting.

Thay are also gonna supposedly open back up to US clients to enable them to trade through their website. I wonder if that will rise their clientele back up.
Again, I’m just wondering if hopefully at least 2-3 firms will be able to survive for maybe 2 years more.

I have started two darwinex zero accounts, futures on MT5 and forex on MT4. I'll take the 15% and long term plan vs. the 80-90% casino, deny my payout bullshit (not that any of it is available to me here in the US anyway). Perhaps the CFTC did us a favor? (for a change)

I think the Rithmic issue had been resolved but Tradovate is still ganked.

They do need to get on top of these server issues. These recent issues does nothing more then erode confidence.

I have been scalp trading es in apex with tradovate all morning till now ..no issues at all..
Anyway, I have tried tradovate , quantower and topstepx for a month now. My favorite is topstepx

Only one trade can be opened at a time. One cannot DCA or if closed in loss cannot open another one. if in profit only than one can open position if previous position is closed.
I am not sure how they programmed it

????? So, basically you are stating if I trade the DOW and I lose and close the trade.......I am done trading DOW for the day?

I traded NQ, I observed as stated. I just open couple of order....things are working fine now.

I'm sure they will wait the full 2 weeks then deny me. I would imagine the account has been reviewed, flagged for violations, and is just sitting dormant to see if I blow up before the 2 weeks is up. Makes perfect sense. Better that the trader blows up then a denied payment even if I broke the rules. Less chance of someone whining in Discord or leaving a bad review. No big deal I've been trading within the rules for the last 10 days and will just keep grinding that account until I am eligible for another request.
