The New York market hasn't opened yet... Let's see what will happen when it opens... I may be optimistic but will it be possible for us to see 1.093 today?

I live in UAE and according to our time it should be open at 4pm and now it’s already half past 4

Because sometimes it depends on the context in which the price is found. Sometimes the price is close to a block of orders. And no matter how small the news is, it sometimes triggers shark positions, the market gains volatility.

Yes friend, a continuous row of red data with separate release time in one US session often to be like this, first news for manipulate the price when the last news is the real shot.
In this case, though being label as red news event, ADP is considered as the lesser one to NFP, since it is conducted by private company. I found its purpose was to counter the missing pictures that the BLS not count in their NFP reports.
