Bulls are enjoying another retracement-vacation in the sun, again .

They need the rest to gather the strength to continue what they have been doing for the last month and a half or so

After a long day at the beach, tanning, dancing, playing, snorkelling, boat paragliding, etc. the best horns in the world have now gathered in the hotel's air conditioned business meeting room to discuss their intricate plans for that next new high

But in all seriousness, looking back in time at such above average moves, we see a lot of bulls and bears doing extra breathing exercises

eurusd is in this region of 1.08719 and 1.08615. War zone.
The price needs to approach the buying zone (bullish channel)
It is approximately 15 pips away from the base of the channel. (Perfectly seeking 78% Fibonacci)
While on DXY the price is approximately 20pips away. (Slightly exceeding the 61% fibo)
So we need to be careful with volatility as we have these 5pips difference between the two. But I believe that the DXY will push these 5 pips more on the EurUSD, possibly reaching 1.08410

If this 4hr candle closes above 1.0876 then I will not consider it a fake breakout however if it closes below this 76 then I will wait for a follow up candle to confirm a fake-out.

For me, as some of you might remember, 0915 is very important for me.
A day close >0915 is all I need to by me a plane ticket for some well deserved vacation.

The earlier, the luckier I'd be, but dont get me wrong dear big bulls, take all the time you need to place your pieces in play!

1.08665-1.08675 is crucial. It flew back up to that area. I checked & it's another crucial trendline Who will win this area I think wins today. Bulls did not play with that trend line & went up almost 100 ticks in 10 minutes I think they just showed who is in charge I think this is why it's crucial. I could be wrong. However If bulls let this area go... this is a possibility The way it flew back up to 1.08675 leads me to believe this.
