One of the most Accurate Forex Levels Indicator for MT4

Just the other week I came across your site & this thread - and I must say I am intrigued by the videos that I have been watching from you. Very intrigued indeed.
Alas, I cannot fully get my head around this: I thought to have understood that these levels may stand out for a pretty decent or long period of time. Since it is all about the levels at which the "big boys" are supposed to trade. However, when comparing the 06/17 templates next to the 06/10 templates, I noticed that the levels presented may be (occasionally very!) different.
Please see the screenshot that I am hereby uploading. (06/10 to the left, 06/17 to the right).
If one were to see a "break" through a resistance-line on the old template (suggested in the videos to "buy" up to the next level indicated) then applying the next week's template... it might turn out that the levels just moved, or even completely vanished. This holds true for not just a recent week, but even for very old levels that were present on the old template.
Would you care to explain this in further detail, since I am now pretty confused.
Perhaps this will not happen when using your indicator live on MT4? If so/in other words: the levels from the indicator would in such a case shift/update/get removed throughout the week as price & time progress? Please help me out on this.
