Just felt that sharing with d forex community my most accurate indicators could go a long way to help ourselves. Please note that these indicators don't repaint/redraw in anyway....Just work with the close of the bar and you will profit.

Note:I didn't make them,just used them.

Please post your most accurate indicators here and ensure they don't repaint.

thanks

I really doubt the reliability of stochastics, especially on lower timeframes.
What do u define as reliability?

When stochastics shows overbought or oversold, 80% of the time, this signal is wrong. But on larger timeframes it could prove useful.

The double stochastics is the only one I use. Its signals are outstanding from the rest of the bunch.

To enlighten us, you could show the particular signal that is most accurate though.

Everyone who likes stochastics should really take a look at donchian channels, it's the same thing as stochastics, only projected as a channel to the chart.

Donchian midline is still my favourite trend indicator.

I've also been playing with the donchian channels. For the midline do you just use a 20 period simple moving average or do you have an indicator that plots a specific mid point?

Thanks

I have an indicator that plots the midline, it's just a simplified median, (upper+lower)/2

For periods I have used 20, in longer term trading daily 50-100 is a good choice for finding trend.

could be because stochstics werent designed for overbought/oversold trading. using them that way is wrong. i know it works sometimes, but it is really meant for divergence trading. (which is pretty much what the double stochastic does).

Also, thanks.
A 5' BH_Doublestoch's great help in scalping the 1'.
Also no-repainting is JB Center of Gravity. It's like Keltner Channel, that is, apply Gann Fans on 5' liberally. Tap 'n' go!

Hi my friend are you sure that fisher does not repaint? I have read that all fisher indicators repaint, I just want to be sure that this one does not since I like this indicator.
