EUR/USD pair has had an eventful day, recovering from a low of 1.0788 to reach 1.0845 following some negative US news. It's hard to predict whether this movement is just a temporary correction or if the euro has enough momentum to surpass recent highs like 1.0865.
Tomorrow's release of the US PCE number will be significant in determining the direction of the daily uptrend. I am keeping a close eye on this data, as it could provide insight into inflationary pressures and influence the Federal Reserve's future policy decisions.

Watching pa for now, I don't have position open but will if there is a chance. If 1.086 breaks and goes back in the up blue channel may hit 1.0920 
. If fails to break up then I will sell with target bottom of the purple channel

As mtako said if we get a daily close below 1.08 Until then 1.084-5 zone must hold to stay bullish below this level bears start strengthening . {image}
