Everything goes according to plan so far, but we're close to dangerous area for bulls on H4. If big H4 upbar will close starting from that area, we can see very strong upside movement. Downtrend continue should be confirmed by Stochastic (it's bullish yet).

Isn't that a Bearish Reversal Candle on A Bullish Trend? Inverted Hammer on a bearish trend would tell me buyers are stepping in & sellers are running low. Maybe I'm wrong going to double check lol but below would be my analogy.

As long as bears protect 1.0845 area resistance until end of week, all good for them even next week...

I hold this trade with mental SL about about 25 pips. May be dealing with fake break out, or not - (there is developing MACD diversion on 1H will see if it plays out). Those mofos will try to play us and trap somebody on these levels. Will watch pa and try to not get trapped

To keep it as simple as it gets, chart below shows the currently tight but slowly expanding range we are in:

  1. Bulls can not continue while below 1.0860/90 roughly! I expect new attempts!
  2. Bears are in snail mode and wasting time to break below blue trendline: 1.0792 area for Friday!
  3. Which side will win? Still a mystery! Good for swing traders!

Not much liquidity up above. lot more below. I am personally long but i think i am a little early on it. May have to take a drawdown here. Mistake but it's ok. what goes down must come back up.

Eur is likely headed higher, this rapid decline could end up fizzling with a frankfurt fakeout tomorrow or by Tuesday.
0830 should be good barrier and would be important if the session trends.

EUR/USD dropped to 1.0804 after strong US PMI'S now trading below 1.0812 and 1.0842. 1.0800 would be a challenge to bounce up or break lower to 1.0790/85 and 1.0760/66 if bulls fail more.
