USDX currently hitting the bottom support of a bullish channel. Potentially a bullish reversal coming real soon to a currency pair near you.

(UPDATE) EUR/USD (4H): Long to resistance area at 1.08843.
I believe that the wave has started an upward movement in wave “5”. In the coming week, I expect to update the high of 1.08967, then reaching the target.

According to my analysis, we are at a very decisive point and there are so many theories that the best thing we can do is wait for better signs.

Put this chart before thine eyes, bind it upon thy neck. Watch the trendlines and estimate thou the possibilities before getting into a trade.

Quick H4 and H1 Outlook

1. Based on H4: I will focus on ~1.0896 area resistance...
2. Bulls are still active, so we must watch bullish PA until charts give us clues about bull exhaustion.
3. Based on H1: We can see that bulls started tossing at the walls of 1.0873/83. Can they pass through?
4. If yes, H4 1.0896 will be their next attacking point.
5. If no, we go down to retest 1.0840 levels.

1.08649 - weekly and daily opening lvl. Today's market opening level will be my turning point. Above the opening price, I will open a buy order. If price falls below the opening level, I will turn to sell. The weekly opening price will be important to me all this week.
So now I'm going with bulls.

EUR/USD is trading at highs near 1.0875 more advance will lead to a test of the area at 1.0900, support for this is located at 1.0860. More support on a drop below the last is at 1.0835 and 1.0842 weekly pivot.

What I have learned in my journey as a trader is that you need to admit when you are wrong. It really helps lower expectations, and keeps you not thinking about the market when you shouldn't be. I cannot base my trades fully on speculation as that is not a reliable indicator. I have to look at the data. The data plus revisions included lead me to believe that I have been wrong for a few weeks now. The dollar is not doing as is expected because what we believed weeks ago was reliable strong economic data coming from the US, has since been revised and reduced to stagflationary data. This led the Euro to rally significantly and break out of its bearish structure.

In addition, retail data shows traders are net short, so there is no shortage of liquidity for the price to break upwards for as long as major data entries are not yet recorded. Namely this week we have the Flash PMI data from two of the major European economies in the bloc, France and Germany. I believe the price of the Euro will appreciate until these data entries are recorded and published. Germany has already seen stagnant growth, and minor reductions in its GDP consistently. The Euro rates should lower in June 6th as it's currently pricing in for a later sell. Reductions in Euro rates will be bearish for the Euro as people will naturally flock to the dollar's higher interest rates.

In conclusion, I bit the bullet and sold my short and now long with a take profit of 1.09300. I will be short for Thursday's data entries. Attached is my chart. Let's have a good week lads, take care.
