Scalpers get from 10 - 100 trades a day , i was making 10-20 when i was scalping but i figure it out that swing is better for me
I am not a scalper, and I think that the expectancy of scalping trading is negative, mainly because of mentally reasons. Making 25 trades in one day is a huge amount! You can delete your balance just by the spreads. Theoretically, if you win more than you lose, than the total amount of trades is meaningless, but most of the traders do not have a positive statistics, so I would recommend for swing trading instead of scalping. I make 2-3 trades a day, but my goal is to make enough money to stop trading after only one trade. Do not get greedy; stop trading when you reach your daily goal. Also, fighting the wind is also pointless; don’t overtrade if you see that it is not your day..

How exactly do you beat the spread? if you're only taking one or two pips profit, how does that work? Or what i mean to say is, in the first ticket #7579688 @ 9:19 AM, you buy one lot at 1.41591, then close the trade at 1.41605 one minute later, so are you on an ECN or have some special deal with a brokerage firm?

I was thinking the exact same thing. I used to paper trade stocks and scalping was my preffered style however when I migrated to forex, I was frustrated by the pip spread setup rather than just paying per trade. Since then I've been focusing my studying on opening opportunities a little longer in length.

If you're opening 10-15 trades a couple pips apart, a couple of minutes apart, how are you not getting destroyed by spreads?

When im scalping, im making around 5 - 15 trades per trading session.

I mainly scalp good supports and resistances + sometimes fib levels.
Scalping is really profitable, but it is not for everybody
I take 5 to 10 trades, 1 to 5 lot depends on SL, target 1:3 per entry.

Depends on market conditions. When there is high volatility I can make like 20-30 trades a day, but on average it is 15 days. It's important to underestimate your ability to focus on charts for a long time.
