At this point, this is what we have:

Expanding formation A (continuation formation) is Bullish if top line is broken.
Expanding formation B (continuation formation), contained within A is Bearish if bottom line is broken. This one should resolve itself first. Target if line is not broken: 1.0690. Target if line is broken: up to 1.0200 which is the 61.8% Fib retracement of the high at 1.1274.


I am currently short with a temporary target of 1.0690.

Do You guys consider this slight divergence in DXY valid? It seems that on m5 and m15 dxy failed to make lower lows where eur/usd did higher highs.

G'day folks. Reading your thoughts gives me the impression that PA will likely want to attempt 1.081x to 1.082x intraday, rather than dropping substantially.

Yup.. I agree that bulls have the intentions to push towards 1.0810/20 levels... That said, I still feel like price will stay in the shadows of past candle shown on chart below.. Therefore, I think it is best to enjoy this range bound period inside mildly bullish territory...
