EUR/USD fluctuated in a big range at the FOMC meeting yesterday after officials decided to not raise rates but keep them up for longer than June. 1.0732 and 1.0649 are the boundaries of this range. Support first is seen at 1.0685/1.0700 zone, 1.0670 and then lower all the way down to yesterday's low and resistance at 1.0732/35, 1.0753 & 1.0757 high of the bigger range from 11 Apr. Also there is the chance we'll see EU higher to 1.0764 fibo.

Daily volatility (range) 74 pips

Option expiries for Thursday: 1.0775 (EU1.62b), 1.0670 (EU1.16b), 1.0750 (EU1.11b) source: financialjuice.com

Quick H1 Outlook

  1. Good morning folks...
  2. After yesterday's little roller coaster ride we can now focus on ~1.0730 area resistance.
  3. If bulls can break it, we can expect new highs. I don't think too much of bull targets for now because main trend on DAILY is still bearish. What matters to me most is to get small bites from every bullish spike. My real goal is to sell strong once bear power shows. Probably right after bull power is exhausted.

Anyway, once London opens we can hopefully enjoy some lively price-action.. Let's see...

Bear power will eventually show up just like you said. Since they kept it up and made a bull daily candle yesterday I expect a touch of 1.0750-60 area and then a furious capitulation to 1.0590 area.

I am not expecting bears before today's US Session opens. Therefore, I will trade mixed until 1.0745/30 area gets properly retested!

Looking at the DSX, I'm thinking like this on EURUSD.

It looked soo much like a sell before except it hit that oversold number 9 and then number 13.

I am marking 1.0699 area as nearest support... Ping-pong until US session... I wait on sidelines but might scalp here and there but the real goal is to sell as high as we can (as close as it gets to 1.0735).. Let's see...

Yes. Means any drop without a touch of 1.0750-60 is most likely fake. If it drops to 1.0700 today, I'll buy it for the spike. If it spikes first to 1.0750-60 I'll watch and then sell if comfortable.
