now we see a stronger qm engulf.
if there were any long during london open, it would be up to the beeg.
if waiting for the low high to be broken, then there would be no trade taken.
new york session coming.

yes market did humble after i get 33% profit.
it just took 2-3 days to get back and i am down about 10% currently. Pretty huge hit last week at nasdaq

AU: NY raided both the LON High and Low. But no clear direction for me yet. There is a break of support in 15m, however, no HTF eg yet as confluence. Waiting waiting....

dow. though with slightly bearish expectation yesterday but did not expect that there was no suitable pullback to short.
it resulted a strongly bearish d1.
if the main uptrend is still strong, a day or two red candles is not a thing to be surprised at.

about yesterday new york session, if we were to apply the conservative low high break entry to the upside which did not happen,
the whole day was a non event. especially in the m15.
if the more aggressive style was applied, then would be some small profits , BE or losses.

now we are at the d1 support with engulf, i expect a pullback to the up side.

some exit with loss and some held because no obvious close below asia low.

market price entry has no h4 bullish engulf.
if entries in various ltf based on dol would capture around 26 pips at 50 fib for low hanging fruit.
now price is at h4 bullish engulf. what would your mapping looks like? gravitating towards london high as direction.

I have a question on gold that happened on Thursday

We had 2 H4 buy and sell zones and both gave M30 EG + EF


Which will be safer to take? Going up higher timeframe, can see that both H4 was created from a daily EF (for sells) or daily EG (for buys)

w1 with 4 blue candles hh hl -> uptrend. with an inside bar.
we trade with a one track mind given the htf direction, long only so short will be ignored.
25apr gold came down to a daily bullish engulf for long during asia session.
another opportunity for long during during frankfurt open.
opportunity again for long during nyse open.

note that although gold had entered into a d1 bearish engulf, the h4 bearish engulf roadblock was not broken.

gold w1 did not close below previous low but closed below previous open.
if the previous w1 low is broken, then it is more difficult to trade. i lean towards up direction.
