It's a good idea to play music while trading. I always keep absolutely quiet. I feel that silence will not make me anxious. It seems that I need to try trading in a cheerful atmosphere.

Interesting question! Personally, I find focus music with minimal lyrics works best. Helps me stay alert to market movements without distractions. What about you? Does music influence your trading at all?

Depends on primary investing / trading instruments and individual idiosyncrasies.

1. Day Trading .. ? - Probable no.
2. Stock and non day trading analysis / selections ? - Anytime, as fancy

I am sure you are doing well - however, questions investors / traders may want to ask - Requires Honest Answers

  1. How much money did I make - total - investing / trading last your & year before, etc, etc. ?
  2. What was my RIO last your & year before, etc, etc. ?
  3. Am I investing / trading or BS myself ?
  4. Am I addicted to a non profitable 'hobby' ?

Neil - poster of the 'top' trading system thread (correlation trading bs - on another forum) has donated £0.00 to his own sponsored charity.

I offered to increase the pot by £2,000 if he could cough up with me.
He declined.
Shorty after my challenge his postings crawled to a stop.
And the forum's hottest trading thread kinda slinked out of town.
Perhaps, merely coincidental - it had run its natural course.
Perhaps, not.

The takeaway: As long as there's no threat of showdowns any gunslinger can BS as fastest gun in town.
