Isn't Dubai one of those countries that take non-payment very seriously especially for mortgages etc?

EXACT same thing happened to me with FundingTraders. Passed phase 2, was waiting for credentials, and then received that 2% email (which I did not violate).

I got a full refund, gave ‘em the middle finger, and never looked back.

Buy challenge for the cost of lunch at Denny's. Get credentials instantly. Click some buttons. Pass the one step in one day. Pay the cost of a nice steakhouse dinner for two for your PA acct. Sign thingy. Get PA credentials in a few minutes. Listen to Karl blabber on about "real futures" firms. Jerk off to Shakira. Blow up account. Rinse and repeat.

It's extremely cathartic

So you were risky in the other account but not in this new one ? What a joke of a risk department.

With this bad start I think the best with them is either make small payouts like 3 or 4K or go for a big one so that they nd terminate your account. It's clear that you are dealing with scammers.

I think you won't be able to force them to work with you on funding so the best you aim is to have a refund and make people know.

To get a refund you have two options. Either they will accept doing it voluntarily or you may be able to charge back though credit card.

For them to make it voluntarily you may point them out this thread so that this may get visibility and threat to write it in twitter, tagging these guys, hoping one of them retweets:

thanks will wait for a day then i’ll take necessary steps. Won fair n square and put in efforts and time which is more valuable. I was highly motivated coz of Stan and thought this guy might be a real deal infact its the opposite.

I have finally accepted except ftmo forex prop firms are daylight scams. Since last month lost 400k funded account with skilledfundedtrades on which i accumulated total of 21k payout as just waiting for my payout date before the disaster. There are so many nonsense rules already in place n i traded manually on same ip with same stop loss on each trade and winners were bigger than the losers. What else is the definition of consistency…

Monty, forget it, dont waste your energy on this, you'll get nowhere. You had 10 lots on gold milliseconds away from violating the 2% rule. You closed, entered the same trade within a minute. If they have split position caveat within the 2% like the email states, right or wrong they have good reason to believe you have circumvented this rule. You will not bend them to your will. If they are still allowing you your initial account focus on that, this is where you can get the justice you want.
