If a trend at this scale is developing, the middle = Buy time. If choppy = waiting to buy from lower lows. Of course I do both, because I cannot know which will unfold beforehand, Pedro refusing to sell me his crystal ball, for obvious reasons
Just like the middle +-10pips after New Years Drop... After that initial .1130-.0870s(yep, here we are again
!)-1.100(middle+-10), an extra sweet 300pips drop ensued. The trend grew from the middle .If we continue going sideways at that scale:
bears' .1130-.0870s-1.100 = bulls' 0690s-0880s-0790s(middle+-10), after which an extra sweet +-180 rise ensued, and is ongoing. BUT 0910s is the bigger bear's .1130s-0690s middle, and above which bulls need get back asap or suffer the even bigger bears' continuation.
zooming out once more, bulls win it back
zooming out once more, bears win it back
And we wonder why there is so much indecision
If the trend develops = up, as mainly up it is going this month
If ranging = more lows, as we are just at the middle and, well, in ranging conditions, the middle stays the middle...
We know that tune very well as it has been ranging quite a bit this quarter
