Disliked{quote} Driven is 100% right don't rush it. I spent 2 years figuring out what kind of trader I was(blew 2 accts. swing trading), because i was stubborn and refused to think day trading was viable. Once I figured that out it took another year to realize its not the system it's the trader. Then another year getting deeper into price structure and money/trade/risk management. If your good at money management and your mind frame is solid you'll make money.Ignored
Here is the path I took to trading Live. Live is at most important, you will start feeling the "mindfuck" emotions that you will never experience trading demo.
Trade 1 micro contract (or the lowest possible Forex CFDs contract).
Every week, if you make money, increase position size by 1 micro contract. If you lose, get back to the previous week position size. As you get better, keep on adding/subtracting week after week. In 3 months, if your strategy is not profitable, start thinking of changing your strategy. Everytime you change something in your strategy, go back to 1 Micro contract and start again. Perseverance does pays off.
