Hello everyone, just to update on the trade I had going from last week at the 1.0808 price level, it just closed at 1.0933 according to the alert I had so it's good to see that everyone has been making real money of course except for Ata Just kidding bro.

ECB left rates unchanged, as expected and announced downward revisions to inflation forecasts. Traders added to ECB rate cut bets. Lagarde avoided to speak about rates cuts and kept mostly her stance to bring down inflation.

However, the downward revisions to inflation forecasts and Lagarde's avoidance of discussing rate cuts have fueled traders expectations for potential cuts later this year. It'll be interesting to see how this develops, as the ECB balances the need to curb inflation while supporting economic growth in the Eurozone.

Tomorrow is the last day of the week we have another one strong release to watch, the US Non Farm Payrolls number. It is expected to come lower, but any rise above the expectations will set a downward risk tone to eu and maybe make it break lower to 1.0800 also.

Technically EU is trying to reach 1.1000 or some higher and consolidate, but it's not guarunteed as some hard confluence at 1.0960/75 levels and supply on the daily chart can keep it down towards support level first at 1.0916 and then 1.0900 psychological number.

Hello,
NFP is "red" (as in important) news by all means, hence a very important event to consider. I recommend checking your economic calendar on a daily basis. Economic Calendar - Investing.com

If you are asking if the NFP news tomorrow specifically will move the market? Most likely yes! Market makers love to use Red News to try to move the market in their favor. Important lesson: even if the data release is in favor of your expectation, you might still end up on the wrong side of the trade. Dont underestimate volumes and the inherently different motivation of market makers vs the directional trend a data point should yield.
News = Volatility and only over time directional correction/trend.
Of course, dont take my word for it but todays news release has once more just confirmed that.

Tomorrow if there is no correction you know what is going to happen, this time it won't be the popcorn popping, it will be the phone ringing: Margin call
First support level 1.0916, that should do for now.

In the past I have used Cot a lot, in particular extreme readings but overtime I realised that retail is like broken clock, right twice a day and now don't use it so much. I do still think it's good tool as part of a trader's arsenal.

i usually do the opposite if crowd buy i sell and if they sell i buy , but near 90% it's the start of a reversal
