Monday DAILY Outlook

  1. The motto is: Trade cautious!
  2. Based on MACD we have completed the week with a bullish tone especially intraday wise, BUT:
  3. DAILY candles are still inside a narrowing channel and a major breakout is cooking.
  4. Therefore, we have to watch how bulls perform inside Monday's Asian and early London session. Normally bulls should slice through resistance and continue higher but if I see stubborn resistance around ~1.0843/53 I would suspect that bears are not done.
  5. Long story short: Bulls should continue higher once ~1.0843/53 area is defeated, but keep in mind that bears could surprise us by sudden attacks towards 1.0808 area. So trade extra careful!

EU closed up but not strong, maybe next week and the start of the new month proves more volatile for the pair, as the ECB will decide for its monetary policy at Thursday, I wait to hold rates for longer at the same level until inflation drops to 2.00% or something breaks in the economy.

Support is at 1.0800 or some pips below and resistance at 1.0905. I have noted some significant levels on the chart, but there are more and I will cover them as the week progresses. See you at Monday!

  2. Magnetics have worked quite well so far, and it is not wrong to expect another precise arrival once resistance is broken. Time will tell...

Quick H4 Outlook

  1. I will watch ~1.0846 area until New York session.
  2. If it breaks, bulls can continue higher into the more serious resistance zone that can only break with strong momentum. Not easy!
  3. If it resists, we go back down to ~1.0825 area and maybe even to ~1.0796 area if bears create enough momentum.

Last Main move has been from 0690s to 0880s.
Since then, all closes have been above the 50% of said move, right now attacking the 75%mark. +-25% to go for a new high at last !

Now, as shared in many of my last posts, I see much of what is happening as an indecision period. Think of this last month but on the much larger scale. In not-so-good-a-trend, it has been great to buy in the mid-lows when returns from the lows and opposite when returns from the highs.
I am waiting more for the latter, and on levels such as >09(see my last shared TPs), 1.13 and 1.2.

If bears gather enough momentum to change the above mentioned tide, this rise could stop at any moment, and I have plans for that.
But until it does, why fight it .
Forgive the absence of the just-as-worthy observations from the sellers' point of view. These post-covid times, it is just not my cup of tea .
