Disliked{quote} MT4/MT5 to DxTrade copier is now available on MQL5 for $100. Should be useful to many US traders.Ignored
Disliked{quote} It's missing way too many features compared to the "Ultimate Trade Copier" that I already use between MT5 and MT4 accounts.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Better than nothing as it should allow you to use your EA's when your only choice is using DxTrader.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I've quit Forex entirely instead, because it's just a matter of time before DXTrade and Match Trader also ban US citizens (I read Match Trader already did 2 weeks ago?), just like cTrader did years ago. I'm not playing the cat and mouse game anymore, it's a waste of time and money at this point.Ignored
DislikedHow does FTMO treat successful traders? Let's take a look at their practices. Don't ignore this just because you think @FTMO_com is a saint. That is far from the truth. They are the same scammers as the others, they just do it smarter and better. A trader contacted me. It turned out that he too was one of the successful traders who did not suit @FTMO_com . He first received the legendary email accusing him of one-sided betting and that his strategy was broken in...Ignored
Dislikedhe had a track record of approximately 900 trades in FTMO stats with a 59% success rate at an RR of 1:1Ignored
DislikedHe traded extra with a maximum of 15 lots per trade idea on a 100k account. This is a very reasonable lot size for a 100k account.Ignored
Dislikednow we just that prop firms could offer a model like forex prop firms 8% target 10% drawdown that would be niceIgnored
Disliked{quote} You say that as if that somehow makes him God’s gift to trading, but in practice that’s about the minimum requirement to trade profitably and safely for the long term (granted, it’s better than most people ever achieve). {quote} BS. It’s an insanely dangerous position-size, given the metrics mentioned above. {quote} {quote} The message is getting through to some people.{quote} How about 5% target, 4% max drawdown and no daily loss-limit - not quite as good as you're asking for, I can see (you'd want 4% target and 5% drawdown to be...

Disliked{quote} It's not a "message". It's force by tyranny. And people should be hanged for it frankly.Ignored
Disliked{quote} If it's static-ABSOLUTELY!! I'm already figuring out how to manage the trailing, but, we all know it is ONLY there for folks to fail. So, if , as you have stated many times, this is an honest and transparent market, and the prop firm wins when we win as they are actually putting orders to live market.....once again, all FACTS you have stated.....why are they trying to fail folks by having a trailing DD?Ignored
Disliked{quote} The ONLY way to manage trailing drawdown is to go slow, in other words, to lower leverage. How can there be any other way if you have consistent methdology, I do not understand. From the perspective current evaluation model, I think the trailing drawdown is a good way to gather data on the trader profile (to hedge/not). How? Responsible trader would decrease position size, that woud amount to equal to profit target being raised (proportionally) and having more time to pass and doing more trading, giving more data for the firm to judge sharpe...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Exactly right, I have lowered the size. My current group of apex evaluations are within $50 balance of peak, meaning I still have $2,450 in DD....targeting $300/day I'll still be done in 10 days. Then it will take another 9-10 days once live to make the DD static at $50,100 per account. Once I get to first payout, I will reinvest the payout from this batch (same way I did with fx props), max out at 20, rinse and repeat and it is the same thing as having a $50K personal account. I can win at any game once I figure out how to play it.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Because in reality that's the bulk of their income? It's FUTURES that are the "honest and transparent market" I keep referring to, in contrast to CFD's: you know this perfectly well. Nobody's saying futures prop firms are an honest and transparent market. All I'm saying is that they're hugely better than CFD prop firms because after you're funded at least you're trading in an honest and transparent market rather than a scammy, fraud-ridden one. And as I keep on saying, that's factual. I don't disagree with you about the trailing DD. I never...Ignored
DislikedI 100% agree, the futures is a much cleaner market......regulated on an exchange vs. OTC. It's a no brainer.Ignored
DislikedAs far as regualtion, I and most here are simply explaining the real agenda behind the CFTC "banning" fx props and CFDs in general, in addition to the over reaching, strong arm way in which they do it......and it is crystal clear it is not to PROTECT anyone or anything other than the futures marketIgnored
