German Prelim CPI m/m is " Listed as an 'All Day' event because the 'Actual' is comprised of data from 6 German states which report their CPI throughout the day" German bonds are falling harder than others. Does this mean some data has already been leaked? If so, it looks like the number is higher than the 0.5% forecast. Be careful trading Eur/Usd as the cheats may have already done their business. Just a theory.
