Quick H4 Outlook

  1. Bulls are safe as long as H4 candles open above ~1.0821 for the next 4 to 8 hours...
  2. Can bulls protect this support level? Time will tell...

On a normal day I would be adding more shorts, H1 close above 26 is my reason not to.
Yesterday's pa indicates another leg down and that is context for today's trading.
Pullback to 1.0855-60 would be great R:R for shorts, meanwhile even 1.0835 could work my current stops on last entry reflect that.

Boredom is a silent killer

The number one killer of an account is poor risk management through over-leveraging, not setting stop losses, or simply taking on too much risk in a single trade.

That's why it's so important to always prioritize risk management, regardless of your trading strategy or experience level.

Also there's not a quaranty that a trader will make money and risk management is also a way to just dont lose money and protect what you have.

I agree with you, my argument is that when a trader is bored he/she will make more mistakes and will relax or bend rules more often, that includes money management.

Based on my simplified DAILY chart, I can anticipate that ~1.0811 is the crucial sweetspot for today.

As long as price is above it, no bearish breakout. I have 3 potential scenarios and with this boredom, I think scenario 2 (range bound) is more likely to play out today. Just thinking out loud!

Why target 1.0760 if confluence support is not even broken?
-PA indicates downward momentum
-H4 Bearish engulfing target around the same area
-H4 Macd bearish divergence also point there.
-Price can fall straight (less common) or form ABCD down which in turn would allow you to precise more accurately destination.
Always remember: Price follows strict rules when moving, it's your job to figure them out, no matter how many tools you use.
