Quick DAILY Outlook

  1. AB=CD has failed, but I keep the setup for now... I want to see how current support at ~1.0694 area will behave. Maybe bulls can recover.
  2. However, if bulls fail here as well, the next bear target (and potential support) would be waiting around ~1.0642 area.

Quick H4 Outlook

Here we can clearly see how the MACD divergence could kick in currently being around ~1.0690 area.

If bulls fail, my next potential support sits around ~1.0663 on this timeframe.

H4 chart consistent with everything else so far, this will come in handy for stop placement and potential shorts from upper line.
My primary analysis is Fibonacci levels, this is just an aid.

First resistance 1.0738-42
Second is intraday confluence 1.0762-70
I will short both with a 10 pips Sl.
Target for any shorts is 1.0669.
I don't wan't anyone to be deprived of sl and tps.

I am not marrying any longs as of yet.
1.07 is weekly 61.8 fib support, in normal circumstances that alone would warrant 200 pips bounce or complete reversal.
I don't know if that is the case yet, I need to see reaction and look at pa, if market is so bearish that can't even retrace 38.2 Fib let's say, then 1.0669 is guaranteed. This level in turn is a very good intraday target, 1.27 Ext AB-CD D1, also suitable for bounce.

Based on weekly 1.0801 area was resistance and now 1.0692 area is support. Can't get any simpler why buying dips is logical...

Looks like it's stepping down to me, 1 and 2 hour charts. If that's the case don't they usually come in three's? If so we have one more drop to go.
