EU faces pressure below 1.1000 by closing below 1.0932 minor resistance at Friday, because the US economy seems to be holding up better than expected, but it should take out the low at 1.0813 before this trend becomes stronger. Bulls wait for a mistep of Powell next week and for weak NFP numbers so they can at least get rid of 1.0960 fibo level and reach higher levels. 1.0723 is possible in positive US dollar comments and numbers.

Quick H1 Outlook for Monday

1. With the current picture in mind, I divided my hourly chart into two zones based on: ~1.0856!
2. At the time of London opening, we must check where actual price is to detect the stronger side.
3. Currently bears are stronger, especially while below 1.0860 roughly, but over the course of Asian session this can change. Therefore, it would be best to check price after Monday's London opening for better anticipation of robber bank's evil plans

What I expect next week:
Looking at the W1 graph, I have two equidistance channels.
The price is working within the red channel, if it breaks support, dotted blue line, the price would possibly be looking for MA100 "Yellow", in the region of 1.0626, perhaps for next week.
The most interesting thing is that the price is trying hard to stay within the equidistance channel in blue, we can see that it broke out and returned this week, however, the week on the D1 chart, the price remained closed above MA200.
My concern about the price for this next week: descend reaching the MA100 in W1 and returning to the blue channel, forming a hammer. (Or continue ascension from here).

Note the brown ellipse, the price on the D1 line chart, the closing of the candles always above the MA200 and within the channel...
At the bottom (Start), the blue line “point” marked in yellow is the last bottom point, (added by channel line) .


In this image below on the "candlestick chart", the only thing I transferred was the blue line from the last bottom (Start) to the bottom of the (Gap). Notice what happened in the last daily candle on 01/26 “yellow square”. .. The channel line drawn from Gap was where the price locked in...
That's why I described above the possibility of the price continuing to rise from here or making a HAMMER like on 11/01/2023, but it would be created during the week...

My two cents!

Weekly Outlook: Hey there! Remember back in July when the trend shifted to bearish? Well, in early November, we saw a bit of a bounce back to 1.114, but then it dropped to a new Lower Low (LL) and then a Lower High (LH), confirming that our bearish trend is still going strong. The key levels to watch are the previous high at 1.114 and the previous low at 1.0725. Right now, we're in a support zone where EMAs and the trendline meet. If we break below 1.0810, reaching 1.0735 seems pretty likely, which would set a new LL. From there, we might find some support. Overall, the trend is bearish.

Daily Analysis: On the daily chart, 1.0809 is our 200 EMA support level. Did you notice the Doji candle a few days ago? It hinted at a potential change in direction, especially since its shadows are acting as support/resistance levels. We're right on a trendline support, and last week, we touched the 50% Fibonacci level at 1.0812. If we're aiming to sell, the 23.6% Fibo (1.0886) and 38.2% Fibo (1.0936) are sweet spots, targeting last week's low between 1.0724 and 1.0758. But before we see any downward movement, we need a Lower High and prices should not exceed 1.0935. So, it's a game of selling high, but not higher than 1.0935.

4-Hour Perspective: On the 4-hour chart, a Doji formed three candles back, engulfing the highs and lows of the preceding candle. Given we're in a support zone, this could signal a temporary change in direction. Remember what happened on November 17th with a similar candle pattern? We're at that same level again, which might offer short-term support. The direction seems bullish for now, but the overall trend is bearish, so look to sell at higher levels, ideally not surpassing 1.0935.

The chart you've posted resembles a bullish pattern (to me), a diamond bottom. Perhaps slightly slanted to the right (which might add to the bullishness at the end of the day). I don't know if it is now the last leg of the shape, but would agree that we have likely seen the low of the bottom/pattern already.

EU opened with a gap down, but stalled probably trying to take it out and rise further at 1.0865 at least, a rise above can lead it next to 1.0870/85, a failure to rise will find it below 1.0839 Asian low towards 1.0813 for a test.

IMHO... EU is bearish (long term)... But I'm buying discreetly (as of post time)... TP @ 1.08630 ; )- ...then look for a sell opportunity later

Quick H1 Update

1. For now, all I care is ~1.0855 resistance area...
2. If it holds, more bearishness can be expected...
3. If not, we must also wait for bulls to climb above GRAY area: ~1.0868-ish, before investing in heavy longs.
4. Overall, I am still bearish, but after London opens we can check again and realign plans.

For today, I anticipate LOD between 1.0825 to 1.0815. Breaking substatially below the support and piercing 1.0800 will likely add power to the sellers for me.
