EU recovered some ground to 1.0860 since yesterdays fall, now the next job it has to do if, it wants to keep the bearish momentum going is break below 1.0844 again and take out the low - 1.0820. Above resistance is at 1.0875 and a break above can take it higher at 1.0900/16.

Daily volatility (range) 46 pips

Bears got the first close below the support level at around 1.0865 and created a bearish trendline connecting 1.0998 and 1.0917, below its bearish. Also 10 ma is confluence. Now the bears are testing from the lower side of the broken level prospecting 1.0700 or lower.
