Ok, we filled the gap on EURUSD, and are almost there on cable.

But I see price bounced from 1.3100 levels and 1.9340 accordingly... there are buyers on those levels.

filled the gap on CHF and JPY as well and was real close on thje GBP so this means buying pressure now on GBP? for dollar negative

the day is not over yet

lets see how it goes

we had first retreat and bounce from there

for now there are enough buyers to push price back above those levels. but who knows what will happen if market tests those levels one more time?

for now we bounced back from 1.3100 to 1.3115 (EUR)

and from 1.9338 to 1.9358
looks like this is going t bean all nighter for me ... im already tired well it looks like dollor Strength is comen in accross the board and if that holds till US Session we will really see the LOVE then

was just surprised to see it go all the way up to 9390 after touching 9303 is what i meant, figured it wouldnt surpass 9350......

I am with CMS and have been reasonably happy with. However, last 12 hours were not good :
1) I had a cable long entry stop set just above Friday's high at 9355, but it got filled at 9435! - this position is now 70 pips down
2) I was still sitting on a short @ 9311 (yes, I know, stupid to try and pick tops) but with limit set to breakeven and that did not get filled an hour ago even though price touch 9305 on my chart. Now price is moving against again and I am not sure it will come back to that level short term.

Many referred to Oanda as a broker that never closes. Is that the only one? Or are there others and who are they?

Yep, Oanda is the one for small accounts. If you are seeking for more serious thinig - a bank, then the only one I know is SAXO Bank

Minimum account is 10k

Synthesis Bank also claims to have a TradingFloor, which operates 24/7. I am not familiar with this one.

But I know for sure that saxo is a good bank and was many times awarded (for several years now) by FXweek on different nominations for best trading platform, retail broker, analytics and others...

And believe me, FXweek award is not a small thing. This is the voice everyone respects in FX world. Its comparing such banks as UBS, Citi etc...

I was so annoied for last week loose of -50 pips that this morning in 4 hours I made 130 pips on the pound

I would like to point out the subtle detail that unless you are expecting to make a lot of money, Oanda will rape you on withdrawals.

First withdrawal in a month costs
USD US wire $25
International wire $40
and any addition another 15$ PLUS the original fee.

For Euro it's even worse at 40,- EUR flat and Fee +15 each additional.
Basically they are negatively sanctioning any profit you make.

So if you are trading to make profits, then be aware that each time you want to withdraw say 250$ you are giving 10% to Oanda just for them to click a transfer button.

Considering your account size in total might be 500-1000$ and you chose them because they allow small unit sizes in the first place, that's rather ludicrous and just purposefully hinders closing your account so that you're stuck with them.
My opinion at least. A lot of folks do this and I do not condone it.

Oanda pretending to be the best and nicest guy and then slaughtering you if you ever dare to actually want to USE the money you made is a bit...preposterous.
Might be fine for > 1000$ withdrawals, but I personally find it insulting given their advertising and pseudo "knight in shining armour" image.

Sorry if this is off topic, but it had to be said. Move the post if need be or just delete it, but I had to give it a mention to warn folks.

If you have a sub $1000 account you are definetly 'starting out' and couldn't possibly be earning a living from the account - the only reason for withdrawing frequently. ...Surely??

I only trade D1 and H4 now but check H1 and M15 for best entry and could not see a signal for an entry other than gambling.

You appear quite experienced and would appreciate your insight.

Like I tried to say, it also means you can't just pack up and leave without paying a tribute to them as well. I.e. if they turn out to be someone you don't want to be trading with and have a small account then you're losing a good % just leaving again. It's a barrier.

Also even at > $5000,- withdrawing $500,- for food or a new TFT or similiar will cost you 25$ or if it's not the first time that month or if you're from abroad even more.
I don't see why I should be "taxed" several % just to get my own money from one account to another quite frankly.

There are brokers who have a better policy on this and thank god better banking legislation to back it up (EU for one has made it clear that any inner-EU transfer is essentially free of fees in standardized form).

Going into a "Vegas or bust" logic with Oanda for example isn't something I like to see, I prefer to be able to lose my assets myself instead of having them eroded by fees, possibly without even having committed one trade.

Taxes and fees are what make up a large part of annoyances for me, as it is myself alone who will risk and lose my capital if I lose, but once I myself win, suddenly everyone feels entitled to my money, be it broker or state.
A bit silly, and I would like to see this reduced to a minimum as much as possible.
Hence the rant. Sorry if it's a bit much maybe, but it's just how I feel at times. Lose and die alone, win and suddenly it's not your money alone anymore. Not a very nice logic.

ince we closed the gap on all the currencies and now the GBP moved up to 9394 for a high after that wouldnt that be a bullish indicator on the trend is going to continue in the same direction?

I work on 1H
I sold this morning early and bought back again @1.9317 and went out again @1.9380
I guess I was just very annoied from last week..and so I was very decided today.

Last week let me really without words, and I think that if forex is not going to be regulated soon, I will look for other investments, because this was too much, especially the gap of the week end...

And they cant just do like this..its unfair, and in this way, means they can do what ever they like, so we have no chance if things work like this
