Quick S/R Levels for Tuesday

1. Bears are trying hard to reach 1.0893 area but bulls fight back with same amount of forces.
2. I am inclined to buy dips, as long as they are close to roughly: 1.09 area.. A little lower.. a little higher.. doesn't matter... IMHO, eventually we should go back up... but "when" is still a mystery!
3. Please also note that macd is still in bullish territory!

Scalping is not good for me, I don't have much time unfortunately and I like to go with the general trend on a higher timeframe.
I think that DXY confirmed well this important resistance you spotted along with 38% fibo / bull flag (?)

EU failed to reach 1.0998 until now, ranging below but it has still the potential to rise and test it towards its goal - 1.1027/39. Support is at 1.0923 and a break leads to next, 1.0900 and 1.0875 if, it fails more.

One of the reasons for short was, if you look at Friday's candle, it was news driven day and it closed as a doji. So an inside bar was expected on Monday, also what happens next is market trades near the high and low after such events, or ranges before going in clear direction.

I'm also expecting some range, maybe another bounce just below 1.09 area. Also my bias is tilted towards bearish scenario. One of the reasons is Dxy often reverses from these areas.

It is one of those days where one single level is the absolute balance point: 1.0952...

Bulls seem to have the upper hand, but you can't be sure on days like this. I stay away until one side clearly takes over!

1. The pressure cooker is coming to an end to hold the collected steam. It must explode at some point!
2. The "Cup & Handle" pattern can not play out without a break above 1.0989 area...
3. If Euro zone news or numbers interfere negatively (for example: hints of German recession), bears could drag this down to 1.0863...
4. MACD is currently supporting bears!
5. My suggestion: trade extra carefully or better: stay out!

The bears are attacking, my support lines on M5 are all in red... Level 1.09280... Let's see if the bulls decide to attack from there or go out for a beer...

If there is a rise, I will look at 1.0990/1.1000, however, the region is now critical for both sides... Maybe a Gap helps the Bulls...
