Quick H4 Outlook

  1. Yesterday, bulls have tried to overcome ~1.0825 area but no success.. Today that resistance level sits around 1.0831...
  2. If bulls can keep price above the 1.0760/75 cluster, we could see new attacks.
  3. If support fails, next supportive area would be 1.0732-ish and maybe even 1.0695-ish with momentum.
  4. For now, I am favoring bulls and therefore aim to buy dips.

Signs that inflation dropped in us and a potential weakening of the us economy could drop the dollar but it will need more in the cocktail than only these two reasons, we must see some growth from EU too and a push back on market expectations for rate cuts from the ECB so us has the up hand in doing cuts more aggressively than eurozone! Also USD is a safe heaven currency and eurusd could be the victim of stagnation this year or at least the first month's.

News is up.
Channel opening. Daily set the range 4 channel has 1 hour boucing inside it.
Slow movments shows the market is still unsure and waiting for decision..

2 different projections.
Shows stohastic is lagging behind but also shows indecision major trendline projection is sideways stock is slightly down.
Smaller divergence i think of no matter will repaint back soon as we are pretty much still att the 200 ma trendline level.

Quick H1 Outlook

With current levels in mind, I have 2 scenarios:

1-Bulls must stay above 1.0779 at least to later jump to 1.0837 area. (if data can create momentum, we could even go to 1.0888)

2-Bears must keep price below 1.0779 so they can attack 1.0741 area later.

Let's see...

While that may be true if (IF) EUR decreases faster than DXY then E/U STILL decreases.

Think of it this way - E/U is comprised of Euro & Dollar on this we all agree. Who do you think will cut rates first, the EU or the FED?

PERSONALLY,

I believe that the EU will cut before the FED so I'm SHORT EU - that's me and it's a long-term position (Until January 2024).

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
