I already have this passing through my averages again. We looking at a double bounce off the 1.05 or something lower? Those US economy numbers throwing out that roaring 20s feel right before the Great Depression. Might as well put it all on red before WWIII. Let's ride this rollercoaster down to Parity!

News caused a run of liquidity to the bottom. There was not a lot of conviction, and it does not appear that there was enough liquidity to feed the bears. Now they will be looking for more liquidity before stepping down. Hoping for a move back into the 1.0778 area, institutional shorts I'm guessing will be in the 1.0810 Area and we will see a steep move down returning to equilibrium with the higher time frames.

I don't think the bears have eaten enough liquidity to see the large time frame reversal. Yet, look at the docket next week and cry. All of this could just go sideways and see the EUR rally to the USD (DXY is kinda high...) Keep em' tight peeps, and DEFINITELY be out of the market today going into Monday unless you got them WIDE positions.

See everything just hanging here and consolidating below the higher time frame moving averages. To much top end weight to break I think. The search for liquidity too the top side will continue on Monday. As will I!

It is very difficult not to have more than two or three trades per year and to observe the excitement and profits of others, but when I think about the results until 2040, 2050 and 2060, I feel that it will be worth it. It is not them, take a distance, otherwise you will be eaten under their psychological burden (the result is wrong decisions and the loss of most or all of your capital).

Quick H4 Outlook for Monday

1. We are watching a two layered falling wedge. The first layer (red trendline) was actually clearly broken, but it was not enough to bend this back for a continuation of the earlier bull trend. Since a second wedge layer has been formed now, the falling wedge effect is still intact.
2. The range of this new wedge sits currently between 1.0770 and 1.0710. Without a breakout to the upside, bears have the upper hand.
3. On a side note, I am also noticing the MACD divergence and therefore I think it is best to stay alert for sudden bullish attacks.
4. Long story short: On Monday I will trade mixed, but once/if price climbs back above 1.0770, I could buy dips with confidence.

EU is bearish but recovered some of its losses at Friday after the NFP release came better than the expected but failed to convince some traders. Now this zone at the close here - 4 hours chart is the pivot for next week's trading. 1.0833 must cap or EU will rise first at 1.0862 and then 1.0900. Below 1.0723 it can continue the fall towards 1.0700 and 1.0660/35. Remember, take every level with caution and plan around, happy rest of the weekend!

Significant news - US CPI, US PPI, US Interest Rate Decision, ECB Interest Rate, US Retail Sales, US Initial Jobless Claims, EU/US PMI'S & US Industrial Production.

Typically, when the Consumer Price Index (CPI) exceeds expectations (indicating higher inflation), it benefits the USD and often leads to a decrease in the EUR/USD price. This is largely due to the potential for interest rate hikes that usually accompany higher inflation.

However, in the current situation, a CPI lower than expected is not just detrimental to the USD, but it also suggests a halt in further rate hikes, and possibly even an earlier rate cut than anticipated in 2024.

It appears that news events are the primary influencers of market prices this week. With the anticipation of a lower CPI, there's a strong possibility that prices could surge significantly.

This week is Fed's interest rate decision week. The overwhelming market sentiment is that the Feds will keep the current rate unchanged. Lets see what happens on Wednesday. See below:

Good morning, I hope you are doing great today. For today, I have just marked 1.0774 as resistance, and it has already been reached. I have also marked the pivot 1.0761 right now, and I will have to anticipate for the bears mostly, or the bulls, if they show up. 1H, and 5M charts;

The bulls might be trying now, I think;

They did fine, they are not moving much now;

I'll probably enter EURUSD (if it breaks higher), I'll wait for cpi to see what happens
