why?

Because the most important thing is the market itself and how it will react to the economical changes , it good to have some understanding about it but doesn't have that much of impact into making you a good trader, I don't know anything about economics just I look at the up coming news and their impact after all this years watching the market I got some understanding on how to react to it.

The test and the error are not bad.

Well it'll help understand how things are happening. If you are long term trader holding your investments for a potentially long period you will be interested in macroeconomic trends.

Quick DECEMBER Outlook

1. Please focus on the blue colored trendline: We can see that December candle has clearly opened above it now. This means that during December it is best to keep an overall BULLISH bias no matter how slow or crazy choppy or fast this pair behaves.
2. Of course, after every clear breakout, some retests might occur first. So my plan is to stay bullish in general, BUT please also be aware that 1.0802 area down until 1.0645 can be revisited! Of course, this retest phase won't be happening out of the blue and definitely not in a day. Intraday charts will give us plenty of signals over the course of several days or weeks, where we can adjust and adapt. BUT AGAIN: even when we are shorting this from time to time (intraday wise), we must keep our bullish bias. Because, you don't want to get caught by any bear trap while being heavily short. Be able to quickly switch back to buying dips, no matter how weird it might feel at upcoming times. Bulls are definitely stronger now.
3. To summarize: Roughly speaking, if bulls can keep price above the 1.0750/1.0800 cluster, bull momentum should strengthen and bullish continuation should eventually occur, but don't rush! Let bears do their retest thing.. Be wise and be patient!

The bears were so quick, that they have reached my monthly support level, at 1.0829, in the first day of the month lol. But hey, the price level was a spot on buy, thanks given to the* Chairman Powell, on giving the Opening Remarks. The bulls showed up at the support, well done to them. 1H, 4Hrs, and 5M charts;

This is spot on!)

if history repeat itself for the month of December 2023 as previous December 2019,2020,2021,2022 the price was pretty much in consolidation.

This month FOMC and CPI are very close
FOMC is usually more dangerous

EU is ranging above 1.0825 and below 1.0912 resistance. Looks like it will move down again to test 1.0825, but I can't trust a move now only below it. Above resistance the next levels are visible on the 1 hour chart. Have a great week!

My initial bias is a tiny little bearish for the day. I guess bears may want to make use of Friday’s excursion down to 1.083x, and take it even lower, perhaps to 1.0800 area. Time will tell, though, and perhaps buying dips will be safer than selling highs. Have a successful day!

Meanwhile, on H1...

1. Bulls achieved a breakout from the steep bearish channel, but momentum has died. Without a climb back above 1.0875 it is better to stay away from buying.
2. Only if you believe that bulls will eventually attack, you could try buying dips to 1.0854 area... but it still would be risky! So be careful!
3. Long story short: While this tasteless pa continues, bears have the upper hand. I better wait for London opening.
