EU stayed below 1.1000 yesterday after good GDP numbers from US, today it needs to rise above so it can reach 1.1017 resistance and break above towards the 1.0931/65 zone. Support comes at 1.0925/35 area and a break should lead it to 1.0900 first before 1.0887.

Daily volatility (range) - 51 pips

Significant news - US PCE & US Initial Jobless Claims.

It'e either going to 1.0954 - 1.0941 - 1.0937 zone and gains strong support and start to move to 1.10 or move upwards from 1.0959 - 1.0970 zone and head to 1.1035. Last day of the month watch out for the fake moves and protect your capital by delayed entry.

My daily flip point 1.09685 above buy/below sell. Price bounced off H4 middle Bollinger and moved above H1 middle Bollinger Band and went to the bullish side.

To keep as simple as it gets: We are watching sideways pa until bears break out and below channel: 1.0939 area...

Otherwise we could expect this channel to stay intact followed by a new bullish rally.

Average monthly range is 400 and this thing did 500 on a rip without retracement leaving many places untested. I mentioned yesterday that buying up there was an error, as probabilities suggested. Next month starts tomorrow and the pivot of the new month will be lower in the 1.08xx region and statistics shows that it will be tested.

Now today we need US data to be green or black and more dump is coming. Daily pivot is 1.0982. I will sell spikes.
