The reason you're not finding it is because it's actually the MB Trading API.

DislikedJustin,
MB Trading and/or EFX Group's "Achilles Heel" is their "Foot Dragging" when it comes to providing a free and comprehensive charting program. Please don't mention the alternatives that you now offer....that's is not what we want nor want to pay for. There is a lot that we like about MBTrading and/or EFX Group but we are frustrated with the public relations/cookie cutter answers regarding this issue. Now you are asking us to fill out a survey? I did... but at what stage of development is the company at? Please, tell us in plain english how much longer is it going to take? If my perspective is incorrect please help me understand the situation better. By the way, your webinars are an excellent intro to your trading platform.

DislikedJustin,
I/we appreciate your detailed explanation. I understand your reluctance to predict the birth of Omega....how are you planning to inform us? A week before is activated? a month? 24hrs.?
ThanksIgnored
DislikedJustin,
I am very dissapointed with your company about the way it treat my trade as detailed below:
1> I trade today selling Eur/JPY and put stop at 162.20 but I was stopped at 162.48, thus it cost me 28 pips more, and no news that can makes price fluctuate, and I trade at asian session which is pretty quiet trade, can you check for me , and return my money?
2> I also trade selling USD/JPY and put stop at 121.90 but I was stopped at 122.15, thus it cost me 25 pips more, and no news that can makes price fluctuate wildly, and I trade at asian session which is pretty quite trade, can you check for me , and return my money?
3>Can you tell mw why you charge me $1 for 1 mini lot trade of GBP/USD instead of $0.6 like EUR/USD or USD/JPY?
I am so dissapointed and this is not the first time the problem occured. Your quick response is appreciated.

DislikedI just got my account open and trade LIVE.
The wire transfer took me less than 1/2 day and I'm all set.
I'm not really good at placing buy limit etc.
How actually one do "hedging" on this MB Platform?Ignored
DislikedI would STRONGLY advise to demo trade on the demo account BEFORE placing live trades. Demo trading will give you an idea about different order types that MBT supports.Ignored
DislikedHi Justin and everyone else,
I try not to post much but I still feel my point has not gotten across after our correspondence via email.
EFX is definitely my choice of brokers after doing a few months of research.
Customer service is superb. well done
I will be opening a live account some time soon.
My advice:
The best way to drum up new clients is to give them the confidence that the EFX platforms are reliable and stable.
Your demo acount is appalling I'm afraid. My confidence levels have taken a bit of a hit. Sure I may suck at trading (red is not good right) but I am not getting the consistency from the platform either.
I don't think the actual problems I have had are worth mentioning since this is not meant to be a negative post.
The live feed apparently does not have any of the demo problems, which I am inclined to believe but theres a bit of blind faith required to make that leap isn't there?
In summary, I am not angry or disgruntled since its just a demo, but I am a little perplexed. Having done a fair bit of marketing myself, I believe EFX should be taking the demo a bit more seriously.

DislikedTommy,
I looked into your trades, it appears the market moved through your stops during maintenance time last night which trading is suspended and all orders will be off-line until maintenance is over, typically only 5-10 minutes unless we feel the need to extend it for valid reasons.
Once the trading came back up, the market was well beyond your stops and did what is supposed to do, immediately fill the orders.
The reason we conduct maintenance each night is avoid down time during any other times of the day, hence the reason you never see us down outside of the regular scheduled maintenance times.
