Ryze has 15% 1 star reviews on trustpilot. Probably a scam prop. And it is like 15% passing rate on Phase 1 and 2 combined, so you can estimate probably every funded trader had problems with them. Better not to touch this prop firm I would say.

Second to be fair, you should also be classified as commercial member here, because you are trying to selling your Expert Advisor on the MQL5 Market.
I'm curious, has somebody used Funding Pips?
Isaw they only have 400$ for 100k account, also guy from this video mentioned it so they pay (althought I am assuming many of these firms he mentiones pay because they are aware that he has a YT channel (some firms like FTMO banned him)

after watching @andrewnfx video they also have a max lot size limit. He lost his funded account because of that. Other than that reputable and paying firm. My reason of passing is no crypto withdrawal. I think they recently added RISE.

Btw i bought 2nd try for myflashfunding 200k account. Lost the first funded one.

4 % dd offered seems to be low.

And total 8 % dd also low side.

They reduced the fees though.

I would go for 5 % daily dd and 10 % overal dd for a small higer price

Some talk lately about DD vs Trailing drawdown. So figured I would compare the two with most forex prop firms"DD" vs futures prop firms "TD".

So lets take some example
FTMO 25k
DD -1250, max -2500 total loss.

Apex 25k
Trailing Drawdown -1500

On the Apex website
For FULL accounts:
the max drawdown stops trailing when the liquidation threshold is at $100 plus the initial plan balance (i.e. $50,100 on a 50K plan).
For the STATIC accounts:
The drawdown will remain the same as it is already static. E.g. 100k STATIC account, the drawdown will remain at $99,375 and will not change.

Someone here mentioned that Apex got different kinds of trailing drawdowns in Evaluation and Funded. If it was a continuation trailing drawdown in evaluation stage? Cannot find that in their website. So if its true, kinda shady they dont mention it on their website ofc.

Anyhow since through the time ive watched this forum many whined about Trailing drawdown being so horrible and cruel since a year back.But it makes sense since most here are used to forex prop firm rules.
So FTMO DD/2 what most use I guess in eval or even funded to get 4 chances to break total loss if they have 4 days of losses in a row.

So lets compare it to a funded Apex full account: ELI5 version.
25000 - 1500 = 23500

Vital part is to build that cushion. 25100 and it becomes fixed. So you just have to do 1600 in profit to get it fixed. max 2 chances in for example evaluation which would be pushing it. So as I understand one must actually trade TD/4 and with also x/4 with normal TP levels compared to forex prop firms evaluation to get close to same levels of chances.Which would make it take twice times longer than forex prop firms to achieve Profit goal. But at least one would been given 4 chances. But since it takes longer time the chances to fail increases too of course. So needs more 2x more skills using futures prop firms than forex prop firms to pass evaluation kinda and not rely on luck as much as with forex prop firms.

So even if Evaluation got a continuation of trailing drawdown profit goal at 1500 would make you pass eval which would be the cushion you need anyhow in the funded. So continuation trailing drawdown in Eval doesnt matter that much.

Lets say $250 profit goal per day to reach target of 1.5k using 25k account Apex. Thats 6 winning days in a row and $250 lets be honest its the average win one can expect if its a normal market and using a safe trading style sometimes a little below sure. But so its around 6 days before some kinda weird market fluctuation might happen. Then another 6 days for funded to build that cushion. Which would allow for 2 bad trading days i would say in 12 days to feel somewhat safe. Which is quite reasonable tbh even for a semi newbie.

So Im not quite sure I understand the issues with trailing drawdown here unless one truly pushes it even the DD in forex prop firms to the limit. If one uses small take profit targets. Being careful not reckless.

PS: Rough calculations please dont be too hard on me those who are math police.

TFF again with the server freezes. Took me about 2 minutes to get an execution and 2.2 pips slippage in a long position (price went up). I wonder if I would get 2.2 positive slippage if I had sold. Order was small (3 lots)
Are you on mt5? I am noticing delays on mt5 but not mt4.
Also I did experience positive slippage recently, but I'd still rather it just execute quickly.

I've been always in MT4 and never experienced this before. But seems quite erratic. Since I posted I have not experienced any more delays and I've trading all days.
Anyone has experience with Mike Valtos trading style ? Is it any good ? There are indicator packages from this 20 year trading veteran for monthly lease option. He is much into 6E Futures (Euro currency) so plenty of liquidity and no fear that this edge could not work on such a liquid market. Idk if it is just a scam or has some value. Please tell if you have some experience with it. Thanks.

I thought you had already had your own trading style when you were planning to start your hedge fund 25 years ago. You have been trading very well this year, why are you still looking for indicator subscription? Most likely someone who sells courses/indicators cannot trade for a living.

Always looking around. Maybe I could miss something. That is all. But I am no more concerned here I would miss something after some research in that topic.

(BTW just watched a 3 hours video that optimizing and going forward all kind of Orderflow stuff does not work at all. There is non predictive settings here, I have seen.)
Here the proof embeddeed...later they got to a point where a data scientist as customer said optimize on Renko charts. But I know that does not work for anyone who also have experience with Renko backtesting and realtime tracking here. It is the same walk forward no profit scenario.

You are (as so often!) just completely wrong.

You think that something you can't do, and/or can't fully understand, just "doesn't work," as if that's some kind of objective reality.

It isn't.

You have the persistent habit of presenting your own (often totally mistaken and sometimes downright deluded) opinion here as if it's fact.

It doesn't matter to those of us actually making our livings as traders: we can see through you, and we have the sense and experience to ignore your BS completely.

You are just telling your opinion with no proofs. So you are invited to show some going Walk Forward positive results or better realtime tracking or real trade track record for at least 3 to 6 months. Then I would appreciate your opinion.

Otherwise I just presented some facts. Usually I do not have any opinion. I am only biased on facts. And I was only summarizing the facts across Renko and Orderflow optimizing and then going forward, that there is no predictive value and no profits to be made. Just fact from the video, if you have watched it the full 3 hours as me and many more from that channel. You are welcome to present your facts or your opinion based on facts. But then show your hands or some facts around as proofs as I always do. Without proofs there is no solid opinion.
