I'm watching 1.061 as a possible long entry.
I suspect that PA will go there (don't want to open short, though) based on:

  1. 1.061 has proven to be quite strong S/R level
  2. it is near 0.618 fib retrace from this months swing up
  3. it is almost 100 % fib extension from last leg down (started on Nov 6th)
  4. there is 100 SMA on H4 (not shown in H2 chart below)

Honestly I expected H4 to close yesterday in this region,

A female shoe pattern is forming in H1 which is the best time frame for it, usually at best the pattern is completed in 3 days and the low may be the 1.0645(+- 10pip) range.

Thats a false break, short term indicators are looking down and there is no reason for this upside, any rise to 0705/20 should fade later!
