EU dropped below 1.0640 yesterday reversing almost all of its Monday gains after bad Eurozone PMI data and upbeat US PMI. Support comes at 1.0565/45 and resistance at 1.0640 - 1.0695. Watching the bullish channel at the 4 hours chart, as a break below is considered bearish. Bulls must stay in to bring the price back up!

I'm watching 1.064 as a possible short entry.

Reasons:

  1. previous turning point - start of previous swing down
  2. there is good amount of liquidity (mid september 2023)
  3. acts as 0.5 retrace from current swing down
  4. weekly pivot R1

I'm saying that it's possible and not that it will happen.

Recovering from the deep, it will threat the daily high again and in case the news are good we should see it at 0635/40. Lower it should find support at the weekly pivot but temporary.
