I think that 1.057 - 1.058 area is possible for today as well.
It was important S/R level in near past AND is 0.618 retrace from last swing up.

Im probably wrong but im expecting at least one more 4H bearish candle...which then would beg the question what now, given that we most likely broke 1.061 by then?!?

I don't see any engulfing on your chart.
Mine doesn't show it either (H1 or H4). In fact at the moment it looks like bearish engulfing forming on H1:

USD Index on 0.618 retrace from yesterday's swing low.
That might cap its today's rise (decline of EU), but we have some red news coming up, so it could turn to anything can happen tuesday.

I cannot exclude that we see 1.0552 (especially if PA is boosted by the upcoming news), which is my deepest target. Luckily, my bearish bias of yesterday has remained, even though I got some sleep in the meawhile.

I have been through difficult magin call ----> fu**ed up account a few times, and I know how painful that can be. However, I guess any good or excellent trader must have been through that stage.

Any deep dive would be a buy opportunity unless we go below 1.052X which is less likely. Make sure to thoughtfully trade and don’t fall in short trap!
