An hourly/4 hours close after the morning last new is a good strategy, or after the us news. You can buy or sell the retrace according the results and the sentiment. Short ma crosses might help, but you have to do a timeframe analysis also so you are sure you know what you are doing - trading with the trend, or not.

PMI may favour strong EU but that could have been factored in yesterday's move...

today watch it closely if it can break the BRN 1.0700 and then its ADR-100 days high shall be the intraday target ...

Not exactly like my dream, but bulls are doing close to my anticipation so far

Dream version aside, if bulls can beat 1.0758 area, we shall go higher. If not, we go back to breakout levels. Let's see...

The forecast candles are so long, but the real price chart shows smallest candles meaning less demand for now for EU, so I choose the first level at 0750 as it is more possible and will search for signals of a turn if, we reach there. Nice chart by the way!
