Something tells me that the price will reach 1.0608 today and retreat to 1.0552/1.0556 where the upward trend resumes...
I will exit purchases at 1.0605 and add sell limit in the region with Tp at 1.0560... adding buy limit, distributing in 15 pips starting at 1.0560 Tp 1.0688.

While I agree that the EUR looks bullish, I dont like that the DXY keeps rejecting the 106.1 zone. Especially while the 10yr just rejectet the 5% mark, certainly going for a retry.

If 1.0608 does not arrive today then consider it excluded, if 1.0552/1.0560 arrives before Buy limit orders will be waiting too...
It may be that the market is preparing for the same movement as on October 6, 2023... Waiting for the next H4 candle.

My scenario: The calls that expired at 0550 was a big chunk, market makers sold these options at the expiry to cover their clients and hedged at the OTC - over the counter market (bought) that's why the advance now. We may see retraces towards it, but I believe more will join in, so I expect EU to reach the high of the range and may break it, but that's harder. It will need the ECB to be hawkish next week and dollar to fail dramatically, my target here is near 0700.

The problem is that I don't know what those European expiries at 0600/25 was but looking at the price action I suppose they was most of them puts (sellers) that took advantage of the high prices and that is why this ranging price action. < This is my bear scenario working well too so watch out the bears are not kidding, they can break 0500 next week and consolidate EU at lower levels with the risk of it falling to 0300 next month!

End of week comes with a narrow channel on H1:
Bulls must break above 1.0595...
Bears must break below 1.0575...

But very lazy momentum. Probably not much will happen at this late hour of a Friday....

Therefore I am calling it a week and day here...

How long is the down move active? Will it take sveral minutes or hours to change the transitions?
It is very special how some not can not wait things first happen and talk after fact.

From my view on M30 we are in a possible accumulation phase and bigger transition need much more time. Do you really think big player will change market in minutes or hours?
It must be space in tme for cause and effect and the big one take these time to burn eachother and crash all the small one who react so unfocused. Nothing changed for decades!
