EU backed off the highs at 1.0595 yesterday at the weekly trendline just below 1.6000, a break up of the last should bring 1.0635/40. Support is at 1.0532 yesterday's low and lower at 1.0516. Green pips!

Quick H4 Outlook

  1. Yesterday the larger inverted H&S played out nicely and helped bulls to push price towards 1.06xx levels... but please note that the double neckline retest also sabotaged bull momentum.
  2. During the 2nd neckline retest a new, smaller inverted H&S has formed and is currently supporting bulls at 1.0543/53 area and has not fully played out yet.
  3. Overall, today I want to see if bulls can break above 1.0622 area, otherwise we can't have bullish continuation.

Hedge buy with heavier lot closed at 1.0590. Good trades while I nurse my short. Now holding only 0.70 lot short from 1.0562. Waiting for the drop. Let's do it bears!!! Let's take Ata's money. He has made too much profit. Lol

NB: the hedge buy was because I saw the W patter forming on the 15 minutes with base at 1.0570 so had to jump in on a long for a test of the high. Test done. Hopefully, dump comes now.

The weekly trendline is the hope and the fear of traders right now, price is backing away again from it, a bigger drop will seal 1.0640 resistance and EU could meet 1.0400, a rise above will see it at 1.0640 and maybe even higher to 1.0735!
