Resistance is currently seen at H3 where normally responsive sellers ( ready to sell thinking the market is over value ) will enter . As a Buyer whose been longing since yesterday i have been a responsive buyer ( below value - under value ) reference is weekly pivot which is considered value area. On Monday the sellers sold the market to find the best value which i think is seen yesterday for buyers to get involve in the market ( whole sale price - Weekly Low ). Targets are still in my books the value ( Weekly Pivot ) and then finding the best value for buyers to achieve in the market (Weekly High ). Lastly we shall see by Friday end the fair value ( Weekly Close )

This is Perhaps the last stand for Bulls ( limited to my S/L ) . The current range 1.21253 - 1.21093 should provide support for my premise to hold true . In case my s/l is taken i will call this a week and start my weekend.

I decided to end the trade due to end this week and concentrate to finish the Mark V

The Weekly Candle and the Fair Value Analysis




I will discuss about the methodology behind my trading method used in Mark V.

The Weekly Candle
Weekly Candle starts with the open and this week's open was 1.21753 and goes into Price Discovery Phase using the forces of Demand and Supply.
Practical Application
we can relate this to some practical application. Meet Miss Jennifer who just started a new bakery and currently in Price Discovery Phase. She is unsure of Market Value of her cakes so she initially list the value as $10.00. The market clearly sees this as price below value as evidence of boom of orders as she sold 100 cakes in 1 week. Excitingly she raised the price to $30.00 , the market still responds with 100 cakes per week and she is very delighted. Next she raised the price to $40.00 . This time however the market responded with fewer orders only 75. She quickly reinstates the $30.00 price tag and feels confident she has arrived at Fair Value for her cakes.
Markets ( Auction Process )
Using the above example of Jennifer we can relate what happens in the market with GBPUSD. Everything starts with Price Discovery Phase. The price will auction higher and lower to as it attempts to find Fair Value.
Weekly Pivot ( Value )
In my books one of the most important figure is Weekly Pivot which is the Value provided to you by Market ( Mean Value ). The Fair Value of this week will be above it or below it.
Weekly Support and Resistance (S4-R4)
The demand and supply forces will act to create high and low of the week using these support and resistance values in order to find the Fair Value of the week.

Congrats Bulls you are making a new High and proving my Theory correct with Mark V...

so well i am not trading today i have to complete some theoretical work and then change it to practical.

Performing some advanced calculations in my brain.

To revise the week ( Fair Value Analysis ) :: Congrats Bulls for the new High!

Weekly Open = 1.21753 , As the week started the market went into Price Discovery Phase. On Monday market fell from 1.22194 giving wrong information this could be high of the week ( fell 134 pips on Monday ). However , According to Mark V weekly bar was Bullish so market was just looking for Demand Zone located at 1.20370 ( Best Price to Go Long ) which was traded by myself. The Weekly Pivot which is the Value 1.21943 became the next target . ( Current Week the responsive buyers buying GBPUSD below value due to under value situation confirmed by Mark V ).
As anticipated the High will be higher than Monday's High which is given on Friday 1.22609 . The Bulls started covering longs as the high is placed and next step is for both parties ( Bulls and Bears) to accept the Fair Value of this Week = 1.22353 ( Weekly Close ).

So interestingly yesterday one of my friend's daughter insisted i should not go to "such areas of the town" after midnight reason is? there could be ghosts or demons. Oh well , i explained to her that "Human Specie" exists as long as they are living after you die there are no Ghosts coming out of you , just look at the chicken that died in the corner do you see any Ghosts?.. i hope she understood and will see in future... ( she looks 18 and behaves 18 , not learning anything from me.. ).

Moving on..

Today i want to cook something exotic and the name is Paya , Paya is dish of sub continent the Leg Feet of Cow and is lovely back at home ( prepared by cooks mostly and sometimes mothers and aunts that live in the house if they wish ).
So how do i solve this problem ( other than i can use my magic wand but there are reasons to go for option 2 )...
Option 2 : Using commercial quality Masala . ( i know whose laughing )
