Read perhaps what I wrote again. I said short term it was ok. But longterm no. That short term investments arent for me I mentioned. I figured most trader thugs here would just completely disregard what I wrote and start with personal attacks. I was right.

already received my 3rd payout with FXIFY. They are consistently paying very fast, they have a not so good customer service tho that might answer you then get back to you the next day lol. but as long as they pay i guess

Mate, their marketing practices might be dodgy in your eyes, but they werent insolvent. You seem to be acting as if they ran out of money. Even the CFTC docs show there is 100 million there.

There are nuggets like this all over the place if you look. The very well titled "Thug Traders" here are very talented at ignoring MFF's shady practices only because their own pockets were filled with the money MFF stole from others. It is a dog eat dog world after all.

thats good. I paid with crypto and looking for withdrawal in same. So in my research none of the props firms has any issue with crypto.

The hearing (not trial) is 11th. The hearing is to argue the merits of the charges.

If there is a trial, it will be a year or more after that.

No SL mandatory, no risk 1% and no risk interview.

3x0.5% days yes (even the funded ones - which means that each time we scale they provide us a new account and we need to have 3x0.5% days to receive a payout ).

Honestly this rule of 3x0.5% days doesn't bother me at all. If we don't achieve it it's likely we're doing just a big killings in one trade/one day or not even making a 1.5% payout. I'm a slow and low risk trader so it's likely that in all payouts I get at least 3 days with a 0.5% profit.

TFF has one of the worse payment process of the industry.
Almost 2 business days without being able to trade for each 14 days cycle.
So 2 business days not trading in each 10 business days cycle. A piece of garbage if you look just for the payment process.

They recommend one device and one IP. More than that is "exceptional circumstances" (lol).
And nothing is mentioned about two IPs. It is mentioned multiple.

Any person trading from mobile will have, not one, not two, but dozens of IPs.

You may be right but..... Why do they need to take action against these services but you don't see/saw the same with companies that didn't have this stupid rules like FTMO, MFF, etc. ? Do the "pass you" services only attack Funded Next ? Or are they incompetent to do whatever MFF and FTMO were doing to control it ?

Or do they have that rule to have an excuse to kick a profitable trader that had the bad luck of using his mobile to open a trade or the laptop when they were on vacation ?

If you put a list of most relevant criteria like price, trading conditions, simplicity of rules, existence of unclear things like IPs or unclear concepts like grid, likelihood of being paid, correction of mistakes/errors in the system, scaling, communication, etc. you would always have MFF on the top places, even if you add the things you don't like in them like marketing (not sure why you think was reckless in their marketing when we see so much atrocities over there but I guess you have your reasons).
