But mandatory meeting every day, trade review need to be submitted every day and monthly goal meeting with Merrit ..all these sounds kinda school environment.
Maybe for a developing trader apteros can be good option.

Have to attend daily meeting, have to write daily review, pay MONTHLY fees 500$ to get a drawdown of 2400$.

Apteros is looking for idiots to buy their challenge.

okay.. to do that, you have to create shortcut of the terminal and change its properties and in "target" set "
"RAM DISK DRIVE:\MetaTrader 4\terminal.exe" /portable

I have some information I wish was public but promised not to share. But most of these prop firms should be avoided like the plague. Stick to ftmo and 5ers if you want to trade props. Ignore the rest, literally all of them.

ACG too? We talked about the good ones being ftmo, ,5ers, acg, fxify and trading pit (tho fxify seems to have some problems rn with payouts if I understand correctly)

A possible strategy for TFT would be a an high risk one in a few trades so that it doesn't take you much time. The worse scenario is not being paid if you get to a payout (which is not much worse than not using the account)

If you max out the other two then you have enough money to waste elsewhere
Just to clarify, props with trailing stop need a completely different approach. We are not just trading but also gaming their rules.

The right way to approach them is to have high risk bets and withdraw all when succeeding (causing the account to be violated because we hit the trailed stop).
Doing this once, twice, three times will lead people to be banned.
Not doing this means that trailing stop will trail until the starting point. From that moment people are only trading their own profits but not getting 100% of that.
From a layman perspective, the5ers looks solid, and the facts that they are an old player in the industry. But why not so many people flocks to buy their programs? What's avoiding them?

drawdown of $4000 , not $2400 ..

every pro trader reviews his trades , has a logbook to pinpoint errors that should not be repeated

$500 montly fees ( apteros does NOT make money on those ) to get pro commissions of $1.2 instead of $4

you can also start out with normal retail commisions and lower monthly fees but still have to pay for pro exchange fees of about $100/exchange

program sucks. I am not interested in them because I find the owner to be a big liar and I’d rather not trade prop than give money to them

60% profit split, 4000*60%=2400

Seriously？For 100K account with only 4k total drawdown, you have to trade very small (max 2 futures contracts, I suggest only 1 contract), how much would you save on commissions per month？

You need to earn 250% to pass the challenge(10K target versus 4k drawdown). How long would it take for you to earn 250%? One year? Then you need to pay 500*12=6000$. And with all the effort, time and 6000$, you finally get a drawdown of 2400$.

This thread becomes so hot that many garbage prop firms come here to promote their firms.
