My take is that when you see a pin bar, prices were met with a bunch of orders from other traders that want to go in the opposite direction and then you see the rejection from that zone that makes that particular bar close at or near the open. So on those 3 bars you are looking at on the right hand side you can observe that prices return to a previous break out zone and for 3 hours they have been absorbing orders without success to continue on down...
Now today is last day of the week, it's late and many are not even trading anymore, volume is LIGHT !
Come Monday if it stays that way traders are going to notice there's resistance on top and prices sit at recent support forming and inverse head and shoulders, but hey!!! not so quick what is the established trend. Now you make a decision and sell short if those pin bars are taken out to continue on with the trend or take the long side trade when the top is taken out...YOUR money your call

remember elliot waves? one part of the theory says that: corrective waves tend to be A, B AND C. that is, three waves. If we are correcting on the 4h chart, the 1h chart tends to make 3 corrective waves. Of course, it doesn't always happen, but most of the time it does, so it's always good to be aware. so the fibo of 50 is a little lower than today's open.
Of course, this is my point of view on the market with the current scenario. other trades may not agree.

Não dê tanta importância apenas à formação de uma vela. observe as equipes menores para ver o que está acontecendo. no gráfico de 1 hora poderia ser uma reversão, mas no gráfico de 15 minutos poderia ser apenas uma correção para continuar caindo. which is what happened.

EU closed at a record raw eleven weeks down this Friday but stayed in consolidation mode above 1.0488 low created this last week, a bounce is soon to be expected but this price action on the weekly timeframe should be watched carefully as in case of an upside the move is limited. Resistance is at 1.0735 and support at 1.0481. 1.0735 can extend to 1.0833 and 1.0481 to 1.0405 but I see most bearish ranging conditions for now until something change - see daily graph for more.

Weekly volatility (range) - 95 pips

Significant news - US JOLTS Job Openings, US Factory Orders MoM, US Trade Balance, US Initial Jobless Claims & US Nonfarm Payrolls.

Quick DAILY Outlook

  1. So far, we had a long-lasting falling wedge... Robber banks created 2 fake breakouts on both sides until now and with current situation we still don't know which way price could go next therefore it is best to watch the two levels of wedge:
  2. If you have a bullish bias, watch if 1.0597 acts resistant or not.
  3. If you have a bearish bias, watch if 1.0528 acts supportive or not.

I keep it simple as usual... That's all..

Hello Guys, I hope everyone is well and enjoying the weekend...
I'm stopping by to leave some more of my drafts...
I captured this image below of this week's M5 chart, as I try to analyze possible formations that fit into the movements we are experiencing today in EURUSD... Sorry for the writing in Portuguese in the yellow color highlighted in the middle of the chart, I'm from "Br"... Translating (study standard M5 to W1).

In this image below I managed to organize my desk a little... but I still like my drafts...

Note the green line in the first M5 image.

In the second image I believe that the price will be around the M200 DeepPink average.
At the top I left possible dates if this movement comes to fruition...
I will start buying when the price starts touching the dotted yellow trend line.
W1 chart in LINE pattern, draw the lightning-shaped trandline at the bottom of the last two prices, observe in the image.

Not an H&S pattern, just study some more here link you will recognize them better after some more time on the screen and by reading more examples from here the forum. If, you don't have time to do it you can still use automated programs that run data and recognize accurate FX patterns.

As long as the price continues to be unable to breakout 1.0625 in spot market clearly , the bears are in control to achieve more lows or at least test the weekly bottom at 1.0490 ......
