I thought we could use a thread here to discuss negative economic news, dangers, predictions, theories etc. A place to share ideas on a financial crisis to come and how to manage our money in such situations.

Also in regard to how to trade and what to trade in market panic to make a profit. To prepare ourselves what to come and what to do.
Just stick to the bearish view. I will share some of my thought on the future in the markets and I'm looking forward to discussion with fellow traders.

Share if you have ideas on the thread idea and how we could make a nice thread about market crash behavior and how to save the bulls and yourself in if/when the news major financial crisis will hit or if we're already in the first steps of a meltdown. All welcome here.

This thread could be even more interesting in 2023 and 2024. If I think about the ongoing stress of China with its neighbours (Taiwan, ...), the inflationary policy of OPEC and other big themes then there may come bearish times for stock market. Still: right now its still robust and do not discount the geopolitical risks.

Yes, it will be highly effective because 2023 has been full of negative economic events and this thread helps in viewing the market from fundamental perspective.

From my personal perspective detecting a bearish trend is a bit easier than a bullish one, idk why maybe cuz according to my personal statistics I had more successful deals when the market was falling.
Perhaps everything's because human's brain is aiming at negative news, thoughts, and it perceives the more dramatically. That's why it's easier to notice that something goes wrong in the economy of this or that country, rather than everything is fine. It's not interesting, so to speak.
