EU should go up in such scenario but I don't remember it happened or seen in backhistoty. This fact should strengthen USD more Prices continue to go up and maybe we see a more hard landing for the US and then EU should grow.

This is that time when price convinces you that it would go down indefinitely. No shorts for me at this place. Still holding my 1.0571 buy. My insurance is the support area from 1.05640 to 1.0540.

I know how you feel; so strong in your belief the you convince yourself it WILL happen.

I just put my stop at BE in those cases and walk away.

Yes. BE is good. I just know this spot is one place price will most likely retrace. My SL for this 1.0571 buy is 1.0500.

the pair still go down after true test for breakdown candle midd >>> and we wait target at low of down chanal .... about 120 pip or more

It's actually simple, 1.06078 is daily pivot and the target is daily 2nd support @ 1.05277. I usually use 50 pips sl for all my trade due to Eurusd average Atr.
The reason I chose that target level is because it's very close to daily demand zone(where the real support is).
Keep in mind, we are currently trading inside a verified support on daily, that's why we are getting the slow decline

EU is continuing the drop after it failed to reach higher levels from 1.0610 yesterday targeting 1.0540/1.0516. Resistance is at yesterday's high - 1 hour chart.

Next levels I am looking to long according to probability of success for at least 150 pips bounce.
1.0550 low to moderate
1.0474 moderate
1.0430 high.
Current trade not doing well but I believe there is money to be made on the long side for limited time.
The trend is now officially bearish and 0.90 is back in the frame, fundamentals also support this move.
