there was a nearer d1 bullish zone above.
when price returned to d1 bearish zone, go down 1 or 2 time frame to precise entry.
h1 had 2 entries.
when price returned to h1 bearish zone, go down 1 or 2 time frame to precise entry.
however your lowest time frame for entry is h1.
m30 had a bearish entry all the way down to d1 bullish zone.

Hello, I really appreciate your work and would like to understand it. So it must be an Engulf and then an opposite Engulf in HTF.Es so it always consists of 4 candles?

Hi IntheBox, Thanks for the strategy. I thought of following it with current live example. Does this make sense. Below is tradingview pepperstone h4 example lined with M30.

I have only marked the recent h4 candle.

As you see there is Bearish engulfing in h4.

I should wait for a subsequent BE in M30 and then bearish break of the and retest. That will be my entry.

no number of candles specific.
go to post 1 to see what are the 3 types of engulfing candles.
in this h4 example, i used a single candle engulfed by single candle.
price bounced from d1 bullish engulf to d1 bearish engulf, then down to d1 bullish engulf.
up to h4 bearish engulf, then down to h4 bullish engulf.
when price touched d1 and h4 zone, you can make more precise entry by going down to smaller time frame.
in this case, i use m30 to show the entries.

how do you use engulf fail?
what is the implication?
when the bullish engulf fail, it gives an indication that price wants to go down instead.
this has to be followed by engulf for entry.
