It could drop directly, but breaking two main lower lows without buying and, therefore, allocating orders higher is quite unlikely. This is an possibility

I think Monday or Tuesday should thest the H4 structures that have been unattended for at least two days. This is an example. It does not have to happen sequentially as drawn. It is just an example:

An few hours ago, price broke a high. I think there is no reason for it to stop till it breaks the low below

EU managed to stay below 1.0768 this week, closed for 10th consecutive week down but consolidated above 1.0600/15 a zone that needs to take out with momentum if it wants to move to the next target/s 1.0516/1.0483. Also some hardles for the bear will be at 1.0590 monthly support and 1.0580 yearly support where the price may well stop and bounce hard. Resistance is at 1.0737 and a break will find it targeting 1.0768/1.0800.

Weekly volatility (range) - 92 pips

Significant news - US New Home Sales, US Durable Goods, US GDP QoQ Final, US Initial Jobless Claims, US Consumer Spending MoM, University Michigan Sentiment Final & US PCE Index.

  1. I am still trying to buy every dip towards 1.0630/40...
  2. From here, I want to see that price stays above 1.0641.... As long as bulls can keep it above this level buying is the better option imho...

  4. FYI: I support bulls only by the means of a "weekly timeframe correction", I am not speaking of full reversal! We must have a correction towards 1.0850 area minimum before my weekly shark pattern completes at 1.0333 area. Check my weekly chart below!)

Repost: Potential AB=CD on H4

  1. It's most likely that upcoming dip or dips can trigger a bull rally based on an AB=CD pattern.
  2. Classic targets of this pattern could be:
    TP1: Fib 38.2%: 1.0666 (Hahh! lol.. what a coincidence!) and
    TP2: Fib 61.8%: 1.0710 area.. (Less likely, since markets can occasionally skip TP2)
  3. Double divergence on macd is supporting this idea.

Sorry, I made an adjustment to the post image due to the wrong date, the adjusted dates were the year I wrongly described, I left it highlighted in red where I made the correction... The rest remains the same. In the template I posted there is the first date in the top left corner, I ask you to just adjust the year.

Possible head and shoulders formation at H4, long wicks on the downside. This feels like a golden buy opportunity. Either a reversal or a retracement is expected on this level.
