The target of the bears is 1.0600 (38.2%). Will it go to 1.0400 (50%) that is the question.

EU failed to break either way yesterday and stayed inside a smaller range after Wednesday's drop, resistance is at 1.0673 and support at 1.0616 - 1 hour chart.

Daily volatility (range) - 46 pips

1.0576-90 should stop the fall and send price for a good correction. Like I said few days ago, again low at 1.10616 was set by Asia and NY. London hasn't made the low. So it is obvious thay the current low of 1.0616 will be breached and that should bring us to 1.0600 and slightly below where I will close my last short.

1.0616 bounced but I yet think EU needs more downside to 1.0600 so I am not buying into this upside strength yet.

True, but markets do try to price in forecasted numbers so we get the reaction. Now the markets need to digest the data and see how it flows

If we had red data that would have been an amazing dump passed 1.06 but now it feels a bit shoddy , plenty of time to move around and then US data later .

Another dip will come. Best forecasters for the US PMI estimate that the PMI will be better than anticipated by the overall average, which would also suit the other US data we have seen recently. At the same time we are facing a continuation wedge on an hourly basis which will (further?) break out as soon as the US PMI numbers will be published. I do not see any signs of bulls today.
