Disliked{quote} I can deal with that if it happens. As long as I still have the opportunity as a US citizen to buy challenges in non-US firms to become funded and work towards building my personal account as many of you already have done. I'm fine if I'm 'stuck' trading GU.Ignored
DislikedI have written this before here. I will write it again. There is a reason only MFF had consistently high payouts every week over 10k. And that same reason is the reason they were number 1. Its very unfortunate the situation that the prop market finds itself in but it is what it is.Ignored

DislikedDo they all have in their terms and conditions that they do not need to pay whatever it comes and they can deny ANY payout ? I mean why are there no claims on court when some traders traded legally and have not breached their terms, or even tried to get their right and money back with payouts included if that is substantial ? I am not aware of such claims, maybe they needed to sign a confidential clause or something, but why is there nothing public as I do not know anything here ? Not for 2k or 5k I guess it is worth the effort, but for bigger amounts...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Even for denied payouts of 25K or so it's not so easy for people from other countries to find a lawyer somewhere and deal with all the stuff, probably with certified documents, apostilles, certified translations, etc., not to speak about having to travel or going through the hassle of organizing a videoconference through official channels, etc. I have a theory (not proven) that the prop use to deny payouts to traders out of their own country for this reason.Ignored
