I think it might sell off indeed. Bulls keep pouring in. Now 66.6% buyers. That's a recipe for a big dump. I just don't know why they held off on the dump after US cpi data today. That data was worth almost a 100-pip dump.

Nice chart and i think this might plays out! That align with Pedro319’s butterfly!

my initial thinking is bull will take us to 08xx before CPI then CPI and ECB can take us down, but since we are now already Thursday, this plan is no longer valid to me

EU stayed in a 1.0710/60 range after the news and should continue this way until the ECB decision later near the us open. I believe it can rise to 1.0810/33 as bears will want to see the results first.

Today we will have a bombardment with red US news, so stay alert near to NY open... Exciting day!

The H4 chart below gives me confidence that bulls might push this higher to retest my threshold level.. BUT worst case, we would go back to 1.07 area (I hope not though)...

Anyways.. for now candles tend to stay above my bearish trendlines.. That's telling something doesn't it?

Based on cloned trendlines with the same angle based on reference line, market needs to decide while things are getting tight...

If bulls keep pushing, they need to break above 1.0756!

If bears win the battle and break below 1.0718, the road into the abyss might open.. I hope it doesn't happen, but it's the market eh? It does what it does.. Trade safe..
