No complain about pepperstone, made several withdraws within 48 hours.
Im sorry man. Perhaps you could update what the support has to say and consider a review about them at FPA .

Im going to lodge a complaint to FCA on Monday morning how pepperstone managed my trades.
21st of April was used one method of pricing when i entered to market.
22nd another way of pricing.
so they did haircut for me with cost 5000 euro.
They are denying that the pricing method was changed. Can You believe them?
as well they only published how price price created on spot crude 5th of May
Do not trade their rubbish product.

1) u are over leveraged
2) nz and au market opens are of extremely low volume, hence pricing across the board is very different(broker A can show X price, broker B can show X+30pips price)
3) unless it is a black swan like may 2019, u usually have to await for Singapore's open before market stabalizes with enough volume that all brokers pricing comes into tolerance. thhat said, what u experieced in may 2020 is not a black swan but just lack of volume and liquidity pricing from provider's side.

I took all my money out of this bucket shop and starting to fight for my missing 5000 euro which they robbed from me.

They've become really bad with phone support even when you have to speak with them urgently where
you have an open trade and ctrader disconnects (frequently particularly pre post NY) and doesn't reconnect

Last time I called them 43mins on hold and this time 47mins still no answer with recorded announcements ever 10 seconds
(literally 10 seconds) so annoying when its the same message telling which country Im calling from.

Further they say I calling outside hours when I call the head office Melbourne support no during business hours.

So so bad, not sure I could recommend them!!!

UPDATE: after waiting 1hr exactly the call goes silent and then disconnects
I have been on a break from trading for about a year but before that I was (and still am) a Pepperstone client.
To state the obvious, you must use a Razor account if you're worried about spreads.

I found them to be ethical and helpful, if slow to respond to enquiries (1-2 days turnaround). They're fully ASIC regulated.

However, a quick glance at this thread seems to indicate things may have gone downhill. But as they are ASIC regulated and based in Australia, they can't get away with anything overtly dodgy.

I'm having a play with a Pepperstone demo account just to see what all the cool kids are doing these days... and the quoted post is the first place I've seen online that explains why I'm seeing closing prices being off by 5 points. Sure, they mention somewhere online that 1 pip is baked into the spread, but they don't explain that this isn't baked into the spread SHOWN for a standard account, thus the real spread is +5 points either side of the shown bid/ask. Literally only shown in the fucked-up closing price being reported that never matches the bid/ask values.

I consider that to be really fucky. Probably their way of motivating people over to razor accounts, or some such.

Values shown in the chart are for razor accounts, thus I must subtract or add 0.05 to get the true ask and bid prices, or I can download an indicator to do this instead of using the standard ask and bid prices that come with Mt4 Yes, I have noticed that the demo is different, but practically all brokers do this. We all have distrust issues with these brokers, but we want ultra reliable, and cheap fx or cfd trading at the same time. Not going to happen, you want to act like a pro, pay up, then trade theses instruments with futures contracts.
I am using Pepperstone and so far no problem.
In our small trading firm, we use more than 3 brokers and Pepperstone is found to be a great broker especially in terms of trade executions and spread.We do not have issues with withdrawal process.So, based on our experience, Pepperstone is a good broker

Are you sure you are not trading with a Standard Account? Graph usually is based on the RAW prices and if you are trading with a Standard account you are not paying commission, however, Pepperstone applies a markup of one pip, and that markup will be reflected in the Market Watch, not in the graph. 1 pip mark-up= -0.05 BID; +0.05 ASK
